八風……

蘇東坡所說的「八風」，就是：「利衰及毀譽，稱譏和苦樂。」這是生活中經常會遇到的八種境界：這八種境界的風，會動搖我們的心，讓人無法安然自在。

「八風」——利、衰、毀、譽、稱、譏、苦、樂。
簡單講，就是世間人所愛所增之種種事物境地。

因其能如風一樣煽動人心，引發人的情緒波動，故稱「八風」。

「八風」含四順、四逆……四順〈所愛）
為：利、譽、稱、樂；四逆（所憎）為：衰、毀、譏、苦。

我們需要了解：
（一）利：利乃利益，謂凡有益於我，皆稱為利。

（二）衰：衰即衰滅，謂凡有減損於我，皆稱為衰。

（三）毀：毀即毀謗，謂因惡其人，構成異語，而訕謗之。

（四）譽：譽即讚譽，謂因喜其人，雖不對面，亦必以善言讚譽。

（五）稱：稱即稱道，謂因推重其人，凡於眾中必稱道其善。

（六）譏：譏即譏誹，謂因惡其人，本無其事，妄為實有，對眾明說。

（七）苦：苦（梵語duhkha）即逼迫之意。謂或遇惡緣惡境，身心受其逼迫。

（八）樂：樂即歡悅之意。謂或遇好緣好境，身心皆得歡悅。

八風之動，乃在唯心造之一念間，卻有天堂與地獄之別！

人生活在世，要面對榮辱得失的考驗，得意時會感到榮耀，但是失意時也不用患得患失、自我否定。

Eight winds...

Su Tung-po's "eight winds" are: "profit, decline and disgrace, ridicule and bitterness and joy."These are the eight realms that are often encountered in life: the wind of these eight realms will shake our hearts and make us unable to be at ease.

"Eight Winds" - profit, decline, ruin, reputation, fame, ridicule, bitterness, joy.
Simply put, it is the situation of things that people in the world love to increase.

Because it can stir people's hearts like the wind and cause people's mood swings, it is called the "eight winds."

For: profit, reputation, fame, joy; four evils (hate) are: decline, destruction, ridicule, bitterness.

What we need to know:
"[It] is good for me, and [it] is good for me.

(iii) The loss of life is called the loss of life, and the loss of life is called the loss of life.

(iii) Those who deny the truth, and those who deny the truth.

Praise is praise, praise is praise, even if it is not the opposite of praise.

He said, "Whosoever is righteous, let him be merciful."

The Qur'an says, "The wicked shall be forgiven themselves, and they shall be forgiven themselves."

(7) Suffering: Suffering (Sanskrit duhkha) is the meaning of persecution.Or in the face of evil, the body and mind are persecuted.

(8) Pleasure is pleasure.When it comes to good luck, both body and mind are happy.

The eight winds move, is in the mind of one mind, but there is a difference between heaven and hell!

People live in the world, to face the test of glory and shame, and feel glory when they are proud, but when they are disappointed, they do not have to suffer from loss and self-denial.
